Who?

K Vish is called Kaushik Viswanath. He is from Chennai, India to South Bend, Indiana (means USA) where the University of Notre Dame awards him an MFA in creative writing in the near future. He operated for some years as Dr K of Dr K’s Cure for Sanity fame, until authorities were alerted.

K knows English from his MA in English Studies, IIT Madras. They are friends.
